Mailorder Parts: Please remember we do not stock OEM parts here at our facility they must be ordered from the manufacturer. This procedure typically takes 48-72 weekday hours for us to process, receive and ship the order. Most orders need to add 2-10 days to delivery times depending on where you are located in the Continental U.S.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your order total NOT the size and weight of the parts being ordered. The minimum shipping range is between $9.00-$15.00 depending on where you are located in the Continental U.S. This charge is calculated before you submit your order. There is a possibility that the actual shipping charges may change to a price other than what was calculated when you submitted your order. If the shipping charges are less than the amount estimated upon submission of your order they will be adjusted accordingly. Please do not assume that the shipping charges will be less than what was calculated when the order was submitted. If you are ordering oversized or heavy items ie. fenders, tires etc. your order will incur additional shipping charges; we will notify you by phone or e-mail if there is an increase in the shipping charge prior to processing your order.

A second confirmation e-mail will be sent by one of our representatives once the order is processed providing you with and invoice number and a total that will include shipping costs and estimated delivery time.

CANCELLED ORDERS Most of the items we offer are special order items, because of this we charge your credit card when your order is processed in our system. Since our suppliers charge a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders or returns we must charge a 20% resotck fee on any order that has been processed and then cancelled. An order that has been processed in our system will result in a second e-mail confirmation including an invoice number and total including shipping and an estimated delivery date range. Do not confuse this with the first confirmation e-mail you get when your order is submitted on our website.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must meet the following criteria: The order must be greater that $150.00 before shipping is added. All part numbers must be provided by the customer. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks before expecting delivery of your order. All returns require prior authorization. ALL returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges and reorder shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer regardless of fault. No returns on electrical components or items under $30.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original order date in the original packaging with the labels in tact.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on electrical components or items under $10.00 will be approved.
