Shipping and Handling

Mailorder Parts:  Please rememeber we do not stock OEM parts,  they must be ordered from the manufacturer.  This procedure typically takes 48 weekday hours for us to process, pack and ship the order.  Most orderes need to add 2-10 days to deliver times depending on where you are located in the Continetial U.S.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

International Orders

Yes, International orders must meet the following criteria: They must be greater that $150.00 before shipping is added. All part numbers must be provided by the customer. Orders are to be emailed to parts@servicehonda.com or faxed to 219-931-5557 Attention Parts. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks before expecting delivery of your order. All returns require prior authorization by e-mailing us at parts@servicehonda.com. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No returns on items under $30.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original order date in the original packaging with the labels in tact.

 

Cancelled Orders

Most of the items we offer are special order items, because of this we charge your credit card when your order is processed in our system and then order the product from the manufacturer.  Since our suppliers charge a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders or returns we must charge a 20% resotck fee on any order that has been processed and then cancelled.  If you are not sure what you need please contact our customer service departmant a 800-828-5498.


Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 21 days from the original order date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid US mail only. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Charges incurred for insuring the package will not be refunded.  Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

Warranties

 Items submitted for warranty must be sent back to Service Honda for inspection.  A replacement piece will not be ordered until the inspection is complete.  There is a possibility that items sent back for warranty consideration may not be acceptable under American Honda Motor warranty criteria.   These items will be rejected and sent back to the customer.  All shipping and handling charges for warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Service Honda. No  warranties will be authorized on any electrical components.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.


Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail of phone. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
